Refund Policy

All of our products are digital wallpapers, including iPhone Live Wallpapers and HD Android wallpapers.

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once the files have been delivered or accessed.

However, we are committed to customer satisfaction and will provide support or refunds in the following cases:

Eligible refund cases:

• You were charged multiple times for the same order
• You did not receive access to your download page or files
• The files are corrupted and cannot be replaced
• Technical issues prevent access to your purchase

Non-refundable cases:

• You changed your mind after purchase
• You did not like the design after downloading
• You failed to follow installation instructions
• You expected a physical product

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We usually respond within 24–48 hours.
