Cancellation Policy

Before payment:

Orders can be cancelled before payment is completed.

After payment:

Due to the instant nature of digital downloads, orders cannot be cancelled once access has been granted.

Exceptions:

We may allow cancellations in cases of:

• Duplicate orders
• Payment errors
• Technical delivery failure
